I. Widget settings

Log in to JediDesk and follow the instructions for setting up the widget and creating chatbots on the Viber and Telegram platforms.

II. Embedding a Widget on a site using Magento:

1. Log in to Magento.

2. Select the System section, and find the Configuration tab in the list:

3. Select the Design tab in the Configuration settings:

4. Find the Footer block and paste the copied JediDesk widget code into the Miscellaneous HTML field:

5. Save the settings by clicking Save configuration.
