I. Widget settings

Log in to JediDesk and follow the instructions for setting up the widget and creating chatbots on the Viber and Telegram platforms.

II. Embedding a Widget on a site using Tilda Publishing:

1. Log in to Tilda Publishing.

2. Click on the Edit site button:

3. Click on the Site Settings button:

3. In the menu sections, go down to the bottom and find More and select the HTML code to insert inside the HEAD, click Edit code:

5. Paste the copied code of your JediDesk widget and click the Save button:
