How to set up this magical function? 🧙
1. Go to the JediDesk AI tab.
2. In the Core field, specify the text with instructions for your consultant (see Setting up JediDesk AI).
3. Fill out the Question and Answer field to teach the system to understand your audience.
4. Specify stop words at which the bot will stop responding, for example, “stupid”, “manager”.
How it works?
1. Click the Magic Button in the client dialog.
2. Check the answer, it will appear automatically.
3. Click "Edit" if you need to make adjustments.
4. Click the "Send" button if the text is accurate.
