Setting the dialogue subjects

Dialogue subjects help to collect statistics on appeals from your customers. What questions are most often of interest to your customers? What are the most common problems?


In the tab Settings → Company, activate the Displaying the subject of the dialogue and Mandatory indication of the subject of the dialogue (if every dialog should go to statistics) and click the  Save changes  button:

In the Automation tab → Subjects, click  + Add subject , enter the following data and click the  Save changes  button:

  • 1.The name of the dialogue subject - is, for example, Delivery by FedEX
  • 2.Sort - set the order in which the topic is displayed in the general list of topics
  • 3.Status - Active or Inactive the display of the subject in the configuration of the dialog card with customers

The option to choose added subjects will appear in the card of each dialogue:
