In our system, you can set up notifications in two methods: via Telegram and Push
Navigation:

1. Connecting Push notifications (Windows, MacOS)
On the Settings → Profile tab, in the Notifications block, enable Push Notifications and click Save Changes .
The browser will automatically send a request to allow notifications - confirm the request.
If the request has not been received, click 🔒 next to the browser address bar and activate the permission:

2. Enable notifications on Windows
Make sure your operating system allows you to send notifications from your browser.
Go to Settings → System → Notifications & Actions and turn on notifications:

3. Enable notifications on MacOS
Open the Apple menu → System Settings → 🔔 Notifications in the sidebar and click » next to the browser:

4. Connecting notifications in Telegram
In the Settings → Profile tab, in the Notifications block, enable the Notifications function in the Telegram bot, which, when you go to the system bot #jedidesk, identifies your profile.
Launch the bot, return to settings and click Save changes :

When the bot sends notifications, you can respond to them like regular messages using the Reply function:

5. Connecting notifications on iOS
Using the Web push API, you can connect notifications on iOS.
Notifications for mobile devices are also supported when adding them to the home screen:
