What are quick answers?
Quick replies are templates that you can send instead of manually writing typical responses for your users (such as a standard greeting or question)

1. Create a quick answers for LiveChat
In the Automation –> Quick answers tab, click the + Add the blank button and fill in the template:

- Code: add a conditional notation. For example, “001” or “hello_ua / hello_eng”, etc
- Text: fill in your message template.
When you first open a new chat, you will immediately receive an expanded list of quick answers:

The next time you open a chat or reply to the client, to send a quick answer, write the code of the finished message through the # symbol and select the appropriate option.
2. Quick reply via Telegram
If it is not possible to go to the #jedidesk service, you can respond to the client through the notification bot.
First, In the tab Settings –> Profile, you need to independently enable the notification function, which, when entering the system bot #jedidesk, identifies your profile:

When the bot sends notifications, you can reply to them as messages:

The chat will be saved in LiveChat:
