1. AGREEMENT

By using this site, you agree to our terms of use, privacy policy, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. 2. LICENSE

JediDesk reserves the right to change its rate plans and introduce new fees at any time, but only upon notice, which may be sent to you by email or posted on our site. Your use of JediDesk services after such notification constitutes your agreement to the new or increased fees. Any fees paid under this agreement are non-refundable.

8. TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION

8.1. This Agreement remains valid and valid for the entire period of use of the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. JediDesk may also immediately terminate or suspend the provision of any Services and access to the Site without prior notice or liability in the event that you breach any of the terms of this Agreement. If you violate this Agreement, we may terminate or suspend your account without compensation. If your account is terminated, JediDesk reserves the right to delete all of your account data without liability or notice to you. You cannot recover this data. If you cancel an active paid subscription to JediDesk before the end of the current paid subscription period, your cancellation will be effective immediately and your account will no longer be charged.
