A solution for security companies
JediDesk for security companies
Balance, terms, questions — customers get answers in chat.
Guidance · data from your system · operator involvement
A customer wants to check their balance, understand service terms or discuss getting connected. JediDesk answers using your company's materials, retrieves permitted data from a connected system after access verification, and passes complex questions to an operator. Your team continues with the enquiry history, and the person knows where to get information and help.

Everyday service
Trust starts with a clear answer.
Before getting connected, a customer explores your services. Afterwards, they ask for specific information. These conversations need different sources and a clear handover to the responsible person.
A new customer needs guidance
City, property type, area and needs help an adviser prepare a focused service conversation.
An existing customer expects their own data
General information does not answer a personal balance question. A connected system and verified access are needed.
Status has a source and a check time
An informational answer should show available system data at the time of the request. A responsible person follows up if the answer is unavailable.
A person takes over an unusual question
A technical issue or unclear charge needs a specialist. Chat history helps avoid collecting explanations again.
Before automation
Daily questions take up your team's attention
Basic questions recur
The service list, connection process and service terms need explaining in every new conversation.
The enquiry lacks details
“I want to sign up for security” does not give an adviser the city, property type or expectations. Clarifying questions come first.
Account answers are looked up manually
When chat and the records system work separately, an operator switches between them even for a standard request.
Context is lost during handover
The customer describes the question again if a technical specialist or another department cannot see the initial conversation.
Automation use cases
Five scenarios for initial guidance and ongoing support
Start with everyday information enquiries. General answers need your materials, personal data needs an agreed connection, and complex questions need a responsible specialist.
Prepare a new enquiry
“I'd like to discuss office security.”
AI asks for the city, property type, approximate area and needs. It prepares an enquiry for an adviser, who discusses service inclusions, the offer and connection.
Guidance scenariosThe adviser starts the conversation with the customer's needs.
Explain services and terms
“What does the service include, and how do I contact support?”
The assistant finds the answer in your knowledge base: the service list, connection process, contacts and general terms. Your team clarifies individual arrangements.
Answers based on your materialsThe customer understands the service and next action.
Provide balance information
“What is my account balance now?”
After access rights are verified under company rules, JediDesk queries the connected API and displays the returned value. If verification or the source is unavailable, it passes the question to an operator.
Connecting a data sourceThe answer is based on data from the company's system.
Check an available status
“Where can I check my property's current status?”
In a configured scenario, AI reads the permitted status from the system after customer verification. This is information at the time of the request. Security control and operational response remain in the company's established processes.
Data and access rulesThe customer receives available information from a defined source.
Pass the question to the right specialist
“I don't understand this charge” or “I need help with the equipment.”
The assistant clarifies the enquiry and involves an operator under the configured rule. The request and previous answers remain in the history; the specialist continues the work.
AI and an operator in one dialogueThe handover has context and a responsible person.
How the solution works
Request → source → answer → operator when needed
A shared workflow for everyday support. Personal data is available only after agreed customer verification; unresolved questions have a route to a person.

About SHERIFF
SHERIFF: system information and support in one dialogue
An AI illustration from the case study, not a photograph of SHERIFF employees. The process description is based on the public material.
SHERIFF uses JediDesk AI for information support in Telegram, Viber and website chat. The public case study describes guidance, balance and available status retrieval through an integration, and complex enquiries passed to an operator. This is a security company's customer service experience; operational security processes run separately.
- Balance and available status come from the connected system.
- An operator continues a complex enquiry with its retained history.
Built around your process
Configure support for your company's rules
Your knowledge underpins the answer
Your team defines services, terms and handover rules. An unanswered question gets an assigned owner.

Define required fields and access rights. Extend the scenario after checking the source and error handling.
Data and connectionsA person continues the same dialogue
Complex enquiries go to an operator with context. The customer can continue the conversation more easily.
AI and your team in one chatLaunching the solution
Start with one everyday scenario
For the first test, prepare materials on services and operator handover. Add balance and other personal data after agreeing the integration and access rules.
- 1
Collect common questions
Choose recurring guidance enquiries. Prepare answers, sources and someone responsible for keeping them current.
- 2
Define the enquiry route
Document the questions for a new enquiry and those that involve an operator immediately.
- 3
Agree data access
For the API, define customer verification, available fields and the response to errors or missing records.
- 4
Run test dialogues
Test an incomplete enquiry, a question outside the knowledge base, denied access and an unavailable system. Practise human handover.

Frequently asked questions
About guidance, personal data, system connections and operator involvement.
Which security companies is JediDesk suited to?
For teams that guide new customers and support existing ones in chat or messengers. You can start with service explanations, initial enquiry details and operator handover. Balance or available status needs a separate integration with your system. Specific fields, channels and answer rules are defined before launch for your company's processes.
Where does AI get balance and status?
From the company's connected system through a configured API or another agreed exchange method. The customer's right to that data is verified before the answer. Available fields and error behaviour must be defined. If the source does not respond or the record is missing, the assistant passes the question to an operator. It does not calculate the balance or infer status from the conversation history.
Is a phone or account number enough?
These details can help locate an enquiry, but alone they do not establish a right to personal information. The company defines an agreed customer verification process and permitted data. Until verification is complete, AI can explain general terms and pass the question to an operator. A routine dialogue should not ask for a password or access code to the security system.
Can the bot control security or respond to an alarm?
This page describes customer information support: guidance, available data and operator handover. Reading status from an API does not mean arming or disarming a property. Alarm signals and operational response remain in the company's established channels. The assistant's materials must clearly specify that route and the boundaries of its answers.
Can we start without an API or records system?
Yes. The first scenario can use a knowledge base: service list, connection process, required questions and responsible contacts. New enquiries will be passed to an adviser with context. Personal balance and status are not displayed without a connected source. Add these in a separate stage once technical access, customer verification and error handling rules are agreed.
What happens to a complex enquiry?
Under configured rules, the assistant passes the conversation to an operator with its history and the details already collected. This suits technical questions, unclear charges, individual terms or unavailable information. Assign the responsible person and the customer's next step before launch. Human response time depends on your team's operations.
